AI-Assisted Recommendations Disclosure

This page explains how ongotrack.quest uses AI to generate learning roadmaps and recommendations. The suggestions are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the data provided and your organization’s context.

Purpose and how AI is used

  • We may use AI techniques to analyze information you provide to generate learning roadmaps, suggestions, and priority recommendations.
  • AI outputs are intended to assist decision-making, but they are not a substitute for professional judgment or your own review.

Why results can vary

AI recommendations can differ across organizations and users because output may depend on factors such as data quality, completeness, and the organizational context reflected in the information processed by our services.

  • Incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent inputs can affect recommendation accuracy.
  • Different organizational goals, roles, constraints, and learning histories can lead to different roadmaps.
  • Recommendations may change as you update information or as underlying models improve.

No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee that any roadmap, recommendation, or predicted outcome will be correct, complete, or achieved. You should evaluate recommendations based on your requirements and, where appropriate, consult qualified professionals.

Privacy and related legal notices (Japan)

Where our AI-assisted recommendations involve processing of personal information, we handle it under applicable privacy requirements, including Act on the Protection of Personal Information. Where information is transmitted from a user’s device to a third party in web tracking scenarios (for example, via cookie-like identifiers), additional disclosure and consent handling may be required when applicable under Japanese law; we will provide the required notices and consent flows when the law’s conditions are met.

If we provide or disclose person-related information to third parties, we assess whether consent or another applicable exception is required under Act on the Protection of Personal Information depending on how the third party handles that information.
